Refund Policy

Refunds: A refund is applicable for accounts within 72 hours of purchase who have purchased an account and have not initiated any trades in that account.

Requirements for refund: Customers must request a refund within 72 hours from the date of account purchase. Customers must not have initiated trades in the account to also qualify.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the amount paid minus a $80.00 USD fee. Nexgen has irrevocable fees that are associated with establishing users and accounts.

All our products are distributed and licensed on an ‘as is’ basis and there are no warranties, guarantees, or promises of any kind by Nexgen Futures Trader as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. In no event shall Nexgen Futures Trader and Nexgen Futures Trader Products be liable for any loss of data or ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, financial, physical, emotional or other, which might arise from its use. Federal or local law governs the use; it is the responsibility of the user to follow such laws.

Platform Selection

NexGen Futures Trader (Omega Trader Funding LLC) adheres to a non-conversion policy between ProjectX and Rithmic accounts. Once an account had been paid for the account is set with that data connection and cannot be changed or refunded under any circumstances. Traders can operate both ProjectX and Rithmic connections simultaneously. Passing an ALT into the next stage does not qualify for a change of account types.

Personal Accountability

By signing up with NexGen Futures Trader account, I have provided my legal name and are accountable for all action performed on the NexGen platform. I agree that I am the sole person trading in my account and will not share my account.
